File Download is working now. Unfortunately the file download has the problem that it is effectively binary. So if the other end sends a CR/LF, you get strange symbols in the resulting file...

I'm going to consider this a (mostly) usable version for now. Next I'm going to move all the settings into a dialog box and out of the menu. This will be more inline with other Macintosh applications. The Settings menu is also getting a bit out of hand. The Upload and Download functionality currently abuses the Dialog manager. I don't like this setup, I'd rather the upload and download be another menu and disable conflicting options.

I have run into an interesting bug with the file upload. When Xon/Xoff is enabled there is a case where the serial port becomes unusable and the program hangs. The Mac then has to be rebooted to clear up the port. This appears to be when the M10x exits terminal mode, but I'm not sure what is going on. I put in some debug information to try and track it down with no luck. I will work on this more later.
